Ergo was founded as a spin-off of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies and maintains this DNA intact: designing services that combine scientific rigor, regulatory understanding, and strategic vision.
Our role is to translate environmental, social, and governance complexities into operational tools that improve performance, competitiveness, and transparency.
In a context where European regulations, stakeholders, and the market impose ever-increasing responsibilities, we accompany companies on a journey that begins with measurement and ends with transformation.
1. Understand
Each project begins with a rigorous analysis: environmental impacts, risks, circularity, ESG performance, operational processes, regulatory compliance.
Without a reliable diagnosis, no choice is solid.
2. Evaluate
We use international standards, scientific metrics, life cycle assessments, ESG frameworks, and carbon management tools to define scenarios, options, and strategic priorities.
3. Integrate
Sustainability is only effective when it is integrated into business processes: governance, production, risk management, design, and communication.
4. Demonstrate
Transparency becomes valuable when it is verifiable: reports, financial statements, certifications, audits, product labels, environmental footprints, and compliance checks.

We also support companies in managing the relationship between sustainability and finance—from alignment with the EU Taxonomy to ESG due diligence—and in defining equity, diversity, and organizational well-being policies, including UNI PdR 125 certifications.

We design management systems that enable companies to guarantee quality, safety, environmental protection, and operational efficiency.
ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, SA8000, risk management systems according to ISO 31000, organizational models, and compliance processes: we take care of everything needed to make processes robust, certifiable, and aligned with regulations.
We conduct audits, compliance reviews, HSE due diligence, and environmental impact assessments, and we support public and private entities with land-use planning and resource management.

We design managerial, technical, and specialized training programs on the environment, energy, safety, quality, CSR, and sustainability management.
